The top 10 things leaders are learning about

The way leaders are learning is changing, and the topics are, too! When we started building Bunch, we were empowered by a mission to deliver 2-minute, actionable tips so that anyone could become a better leader. Hundreds of tips later, we wanted to know what our 20,000+ leaders were learning about on the Bunch app.

The data reveals that employers are demanding too much: learning to say no is the top priority for professionals right now as they combat burnout brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic and added responsibilities at work. Avoiding conflict and improving communication are also common themes across the top tips, proving that these issues are just as much of a problem when working from home as they are when working in an office.
